Sp ?? This is a dish i adored in Switzerland, Italy and Austria. Not so much Austria where meat seems to be the main feature of any meal. Just a whole pile of fresh salad veg slathered in the most delicious dressing which I have never been able to recreate. I suppose it was like Caesar. Certainly a touch creamy. I loved it! And would love to enjoy it again. Has anyone else experienced this? Any salad dressing recipes?
Thanks for that link suffolk. It has made me realise where I was going wrong...not thinking to add mayonnaise, although it is obvious now. I always managed to get the veggie bit right, it was the dressing. Now I know I will have another go.
