I think rigatoni is nicer too. And I wouldn't be averse to adding anchovies.

I agree with her that penne is very boring. I love anchovies and would use parsley too. I wouldn't add cheese either

If you are going to add anchovies and parsley, why not go the whole hog and make puttanesca? Which definitely has no cheese, but I think a little parmesan or pecorino might add the umami that anchovies bring to puttanesca

I didn't actually know what arrabiata meant until I read that! :evil:
