I have found some sliced cooked Beef & Turkey in the depths of my freezer, look perfect with no freezer burn but looking for ideas what to use them for.

Any you would like to share would be great

I'd have the beef in gravy in a big Yorkshire Pudding. The turkey I'd chop and make into rissoles.

I'd make a turkey & ham pie and use the beef for rissoles. :chops:

I vote for this one with the addition of horseradish sauce... then I'd do the same tomorrow with the turkey, plus some stuffing :chops:

You can usually eat the thawed meat cold as well - a hot steak or turkey mayonnaise baguette for lunch :chops: :chops: .

Otherwise a pie with leeks and bechamel sauce for the turkey and the Yorkshire pud for the beef. I am rather wishing I had that lurking in my freezer now!
