Not sure about kale pesto withe chestnuts but the actual Wellington looks good

I am liking the sound of this....https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyl ... uce-recipe but the picture of Nigel Slater looking like Ben Gunn is a little off-putting... :?

Yes I had clocked that and thought tasty, I might give it a try in the New Year.

Festive prep continues with my son portioning two salmon sides into steaks for the freezer :)
