What would you do.....

Out of the main bustle of the Coffee shop this is where people gather to share recipes and tips/tricks.

with these beauties brought my my lovely fish man from Scrabster yesterday.
I can’t decide...curry, Thai or Indian, something noodley, perhaps with pasta?
Any suggestions welcome. I have fairly good storecupboards of spices and herbs etc, and plenty of veg and salad stuff.

I am with Ratatouille. They look really fresh. I would keep them simple. Griddled with a garlic, ginger, a little salt, pepper and light Soya will be more than enough. Serve with noodles.

Thanks Rats and Mamta...the garlic and ginger with noodles sound great and just a little bit different.

Wot they said but add some lime juice and maybe a tad of chilli.

Bag up the shells and stuff, freeze them and when you have enough make some wonderful stock... :chops:

Garlic, onion, ginger, chile, curry powder and coconut milk.

The prawns have been cooked and relished!
I stir fried them in garlic, fresh ginger and red chile. Added a squeeze of fresh lime and a splash of soy, like Zosh said!
I had a nice selection of vegs chopped small and stir fried. And plain fine egg noodles.
The shells have been saved and frozen for a bisque some other time.
Jambaylaya was tempting, but hard to do just for 2. And I do quite a lot paella/arroz type dishes when I have the family here.
