hey all I am looking for recipes that use lamb and lamb offal in recipes.
such as lamb and lamb kidney pies and other such recipes
I already have over 20 recipes for lamb tongue so i am good there.
but i am bit low on other lamb innards recipes.

I have reipes for lambs liver, sweetbreads, breast, stuffed hearts, tongues, tripe and trotters.

There are actually quite a few on line but If you wnt something specific just shout!

Personally despite being far from squeamish I'll buy ready made. ;)

Happy to cook and eat all the above ingredients .., sourcing them not as easy as it used to be but given a bit of planning it's usually been possible, although I’ve not tried lately as nowadays there’s just the two of us, we don’t have a lot of freezer space and suppliers need to supply in reasonable amounts to make it cost effective.

the 'great british chefs' website has 729 recipes for lamb (and lamb offal).
i have none.

All manner of offal is still quite easy to source in France. Noses are not turned up so easily here, It is not always cheap either as such things as calves liver and lamb and veal sweetbreads are considered luxuries. Pieds et paquets anyone? I'm hoping the butcher will have some tmorrow.

I can assure you that calves’ liver is considered a luxury here too Rats ... at least, if you go by the price it is :shock:
