Out of the main bustle of the Coffee shop this is where people gather to share recipes and tips/tricks.

My second success of the day

Postby PatsyMFagan » July 19th, 2019, 6:03 pm

I found some rtc lamb chunks in Tesco yesterday and really fancied making a Tagine. I did a search on here and found that there was already a thread on the same subject to which I also contributed to. This gave me some ideas, but basically I just winged it: I had some pine nuts, apricots and almonds to use up, also sweet potato, white potato, a couple of carrots, onions, ginger and Moroccan spices. Again I made use of my Instant Pot and the result has just hit the spot ! :tu: :chops: :chef:
