I was curious if anyone was interested me posting some
WW 2 and ration recipes from USA my I found researching
other projects. If there is some interest I will start posting them
when I get a chance. I found recipe for lemon short cake that
seems interesting. which will be first one I will post.

Always interesting to see but not sure it is of general interest. Perhaps you could explain a little more about what was rationed in the USA. Obviously, the UK was hit pretty badly as there were few overseas imports but the USA is pretty well self-sufficient and often thought of as the land of plenty, even during the war years. Presumably male labour was at a premium which would have had an effect.
