Stottie cake!

Postby patpoyntz » March 16th, 2017, 10:58 am

Morning! I have woken with a craving for a really nice stottie cake.
I have made them before...... I'm an exiled geordie and an avid bread maker for over 40 years, but I've never really been happy with the result.
I wonder if anyone, Rats perhaps? has a T&T recipe for me to try. I have the ham and pease pudding ready!
Many thanks, Pat

No Pats, very much savoury, but I have been known to have butter and jam on one....when I used to eat jam!
