Only just spotted this article a very long read but as I am an avid bread maker, I found it very interesting.
Before I moved to Somerset I had a local flour mill that delivered to my door, it made fabulous bread.
My nearest now is Dunster mill (NT) but not often I get that way, I need to do a little research

a friend of ours usually produceslovely flour although he may not be at the moment. he has other things taking up his time.
