Marmalade- Rats, are you out there?

Hey Rats- are you entering the marmalade festival this year?

I've just made a batch of classic Seville but I don't think it's competition standard. Flavour is good but it's too dark (sugar caramalised a bit- my own fault for taking my eye off the ball). I shall make a second batch. Hope you'll be submitting a few jars (and that this year you're not pipped to the post for Best In Show   )

I've just started my first batch. It seems to take me longer and longer each year, even with a food processor and a juicer. :(

Sure it'll be lovely PP. It's the 'taking the pith' which is such a pain in my book. Just about to start my second batch. :chops:

...Which has come out rather well I think. Will see how it is when it's properly cooled and set but if it's still a goodun I shall submit a jar for the competition.

How was yours PP? :luv:
