Elderflower Cordial (making & preserving)

Hi all,

The house I've just moved into has two large Elderflower trees that are coming into bloom at the moment. I was wondering if anyone had any tried, tested and easy recipes for Elderflower cordial? Also whats the best way of preserving it? Would it be ok to bottle it for use in a few months time??

The cordial will be fine as long as it is remained sealed, when opened you should probably use it up within a week
