I had a huge surprise at SW this morning. After a 1lb gain last week I decided I needed to tweak the rut I had got into.I dread that stepping on the scales moment. Despite the large Costco iced bun and piece of sponge at work over the Easter weekend I had lost 4lb
! To be fair, it was 9 days between weigh-ins but even so I am dancing on cloud 9. It has given me huge incentive. 3lbs to my next half stone award and 4lbs to my 10% loss award, so those are things to work for this week. It is interesting how the weight fluctuates, I think that to continue having a varied diet, not getting stuck in a rut and to (sadly) avoid one's biggest trigger foods is key.
