There was a barrister on the World at One explaining more or less the same and saying there are loads of Archers fans who are barristers who would be happy to defend her!!

Obviously her best witnesses will be Kirsty and Jess. I still wonder what else is to come out.

The poor cat is terrified with all the screaming, Of course Kirsty has to answer questions but she must be allowed to talk to Pat and Tony soon - will she?

Both DD and I are feeling really cross with those who are saying "It's not the Archers it couldn't happen "when they should know it blinking well it can!! Cosy lives can be shattered in a second.

Scully - can you record radio programmes on your tv set up? I've got a Series Record set up for The Archers on our TiVo box.

i don't know, we have a humax for recording tv so i think we may be able to do radio, too, but we don't. i could listen on iplayer but that would mean i was addicted so i usually wait for the repeat (unless it's friday evening's offering) but maybe i'll listen now so i don't limit the conversation!

they are going to talk to ursula who will put a bad light on her and as she had been living there for a while they will believe her - until they talk to jess when a different light will go on.

i'm not worried about her, the judge and half of the jury would have been listening in for the last couple of years - and the rest of the jury will be pointed in the direction of iplayer so she has quite a good case!

I nearly threw something at Peggy too.

At least we can now see where Rob got it from.

I fear for Helen and the baby. I think it will go to trial. and how long will that take? Then Jess and Kirsty will get their day with a bit of help from Tom and, possibly Charlie?

Well the way they were banging on about Kirsty's and Helen's in the first episode after the attack I assumed they would be taking Rob's too. Isn't that how it works?

wouldn't it be a weird twist if rob had donated the sperm that helen used for henry? or is that a fiction too far? - maybe that's where richard lock recognises him from - they were both donating at the same time!!!

Well yes, but why would they compare it with Jess's son's DNA? I presume that's what you were referring to?

Noooooo!! Am thinking of all the crimes he perpetrated before he came to Ambridge. He's bound to be on record somewhere for dastardly stuff! :o :o :o Then they will link him to Stefan, the dog's leg in the thingy etc.

when the trial does come round will schula be called as a witness and have to admit to perjury for lying about the attack on the hunt saboteur?

by the way, while the attention is being diverted, grey gables has been visited by five major celebrities, the bull has been selling more unlicensed crayfish, mat crawford has sneaked back to nick some of the antiques from the dower house and the grundy boys have gone for elocution lessons so that at least two members of the family can have the same accent.
