FAO Rio, please

Hi Lee ... Tezza has pm'd me on FB to say that although she can read our posts WF, she seems unable to log in :? She did start a post about using another name ... does this mean that in some way she has tried this and somehow locked herself out of her account ?

I don't know what to suggest that she tries ... :aww:

I hesitate to suggest this but are you sure she is using the correct log in details? Her last few posts were erratic to say the least.

Oh heck. Tezza's last few posts worried me. I do hope she is OK I hope she is getting the support she clearly needs.

OK, well there are 2 options, I can reset your password, or you can use the password reset in my sig.

Thanks Lee. I have passed the message back to Tezza .. The second option presumably means that you give her a password to use ? I think she has said that her old password doesn't seem to work ???

Can't she just select the 'I forgot my password' kind of option when hers is rejected and have a new one sent automatically? I have done that several times.

Thanks EM .. I thought that option was there ; I had forgotten how to get to that point as my password is saved :tu:

It's possible she's locked her account rather than her password isn't working. If that's the case you get sent back to the login screen with the below message in red and have to login again AND fill in the security question.

It changes but In this instance add up all the odd numbers only from the string given:
3+5+7 = 15

Does anyone know if Tezza managed to get this unlocked? Or do I need to go in manually and change her password, and unlock the account, if neccessary.

I prefer not too, as doing so gives me access to her account (and I actually have to use it in order to "unlock" the account").

I have sent her your suggestions Lee and she has a new email address now, so thought she could simply join again as a newbie. However she has stopped communicating on FB .. :?
