Father's Day

Order yourself a latte, and a pastry (The virtual cinnamon buns are excellent today). And have a nice chat.

Father's Day

Postby TeresaFoodie » June 8th, 2017, 1:09 am

I didn't have my Father in my life until about a year ago when he found out I was quite ill and another family member told him I was bordering on death! He of course contacted the ward I was on. I was happily being looked after very well, eating well. I feel I have missed out on my Dad all these years. He has re-married and lives on a canal boat with their JR dog and wife and peacefulness. We have talked for the first time since my teens. It's lovely being in contact again. I love hearing about his favourite food programmes. Have you been separated from family members? I hope Lee approves of this sentimental post!
