Any wonderful Wildies out there with knowledge of TUPE and Redundancy issues? :)

Only very basic. If you have been TUPEd into a new organisation then you take your original terns and conditions- previous time employed in the original organisation counts towards length of service for redundancy.

Does this help.

ACAS give on-line advice but probably you're better off ringing them to discuss an individual case, or CAB though they're very busy these days.

OH has been TUPED twice and trying to transfer any benefits has been a nightmare both times. The last TUPE was April 2017 and just this morning he has received a 3rd request for information that he had already supplied twice to the new company months ago.

I would strongly recommend phoning ACAS as dennispc says - so much that you read on their website isn't applicable in most cases - good luck!

Good news - some bosses seem to think many things which might cost them are "optional"
