RIP Paul Bocuse

After Peter mayles death was announced yesterday just now we got the announcement of the death of the great Paul Bocuse, the great Lyonnaise chef. In France , this is being treated as a national tragedy.

He was certainly one of my great food heroes.

Always sad, but he did get to 91, a good innings

When I searched for his obituary the first headline was "Paul Bocuse, le pape de la gastronomie, est mort" - Paul Bocuse, the pope of gastonomy is dead
