Hello whoever happens to be out there reading this!

Just thinking about making Mamta's cauliflower and potato curry https://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_di ... p?id=13020

Do you reckon sweet potatoes would be ok as I haven't got any potatoes?

I think they might be quite nice, as long as they don't turn to mush, I find they take less cooking than ordinary spuds

It was great with the sweet potatoes - they were soft enough to squash onto the naans we had but not mushy at all :chops:
As ever, a really super recipe from Mamta - thank you :hug:
