Order yourself a latte, and a pastry (The virtual cinnamon buns are excellent today). And have a nice chat.

One extra reason to get excited about Wimbledon this year.

Our Italian boss said we could watch the England game as long as the time was made up. It then got around we could watch the Italy game bgut there was no need to make the time up for that.

Luckily we booked this week off work so that we could enjoy loads of football matches. We cycled over to be with family and friends on Wednesday and watched the game in a tiny village pub with about 12 other people. The atmosphere was great and you didn't have to wait until the half time break to grab a drink for fear of losing your seat and you didn't have to queue up for ages to use the loo. Great stuff. Winning it made it even more special.

I think we are decided that we will be watching Sunday's game at home. It's just getting far too expensive keep going out to watch games.

Hi Tezza my two boys went over the local country park (great Notley) £4.00 each think they got 2500 people, we stayed at home cheaper and more comfortable, plus the foods better

As the England team head off home and then jet off for their exotic holidays that me and OH can only dream of, I vow to never waste my energy, money & emotion on cheering on England. Not until they get a manager in who knows what he is doing anyway.

Keep chewing the England flag kittens, I would love to see it torn to shreds.

Come on Ghana!!!!!!! :bounce:

I think it'll be even better than Harry Potter!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I watched those sorry bastards poke the ball listlessly around the field this afternoon, and I honestly wonder why the Chancellor of the Exchequer didn't include a "Football Tax" in his last budget.
Fifty quid for every poor pass and 100 quid for every missed goal - we'd have solved the country's deficit in minutes!!

I would, seriously though, ask:
What the HECK is wrong with English football and English Tennis ? Why have we consistently FAILED to produce World Class Winners over the past 40 years? What are we doing wrong?
I excuse the English test XI because they won the Ashes last year and had a good winter!

Well, well, well, Argentina and Brazil both knocked out in shock defeats. Can't wait to watch Maradona's interview later on the highlights.    Still haven't forgiven him for 1986.

Sad about Ghana going out last night. Still rooting for Spain as I have them in the sweepstake at work.
