OH brought a bottle of Norfolkwine home from the farm shop yesterday ... http://www.winbirri.com/english-wine/ - the rosé is very good indeed ... not quite as 'minerally as the Provencal rosés that are my favourite, but not fruity/flowery like some of the Californian rosés. It's going down very well indeed

If you ever get the chance try one of the Nyetimber fizzes that often beat champagnes in blind tastings (I took Ian one, he liked it)

There are several round here. I went on a tour of this one a while back, https://www.abecketts.co.uk/one of our party ordered the fizz for her daughter's wedding afterwards - and they are quite discerning people. English wine has come a long way since the vinegary stuff we endured in the 70's.

No wonder I couldn't find Wycombe vineyard, I meant Wickham in Hampshire, now part of Three Choirs. Doh.
