Ooh goody. I really enjoy this programme don't know why you would be hard pushed to find a less talented sewer than me but I find it inspiring that there are such clever people out there.

The Earth is degenerating today. Bribery and corruption abound. Children no longer obey their parents, every man wants to write a book, and it is evident that the end of the world is fast approaching.

I was so looking forward to the first episode of the new series, only to find it was a cobbled together repeat of the last series.

I do find it very inspiring though. :D

I watched all the latest series and really loved it.
I think one of the best aspects for me is how genuinely the contestants and presenters gel and how the love of sewing comes above the competitive element. Every episode, there were examples of the contestants pausing their own work to help each other, to explain things or demonstrate. I loved that.
I thought all three finalists were super, though I was supporting one from the first show, and was surprised he seemed to completely stumble in the final show and didn't win. But honestly, would have been happy for any of the finalists to win, or better yet for it to be a three-way draw!
Such a lovely lovely show.

They have announced that Claudia will be replaced by Joe Lycett. Joe is lovely but it will be very different!
