I don't know if anyone caught this following Barry Manilow's announcement re his sexuality but it took me moment to cotton on. It made me smile http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p04z53pk :D

I saw another article about that, he was afraid it would upset his fans but apparently all the response has been "happy you are happy" :D

Sad that he had to get to 73 to be his true self though, luckier than some who never had the chance I suppose.

Who guessed that about the bears   ... I'm not quite sure where the Pope fits into it all though.

I thought that BM had come out as gay some time ago :? ... he was married once, but like Elton John, probably led to believe they will lose fans over their sexuality. I do think it a pity that he has felt the need to have so much plastic surgery though - his face now looks like it is made of wax and about to melt ... :( I saw him many years ago at Wembley Arena, probably in his hey day in the UK ...I thought he was gorgeous looking then and sex on legs ;)

Meant to add that he was that good, that Rod Stewart had a box just below us with his then wife Alana ... 8-)
