Safe House - ITV

Postby TeresaFoodie » September 7th, 2017, 8:52 pm

Possibly the best drama I have encountered on mainstream TV for some time.
Gripping plot, great acting, thought I was going to have to see how episode one went before I committed to episode two, three, four. I am hooked!
Anyone else watching?

I need to catch up with this series ... I saw the first one, but don't now remember if I saw it through to the end... the suspense might have been a bit too much ;) :)

So, I did catch up and managed to stay with it however, why was most of it filmed in the dark ? This must be so frustrating for those with less than perfect sight ! :( Even the Safe House, it was all in darkness when the father and daughter moved in.. Why no lights on in the house ? My problem was that watching on Catch up, I lost the subtitles which I really needed as I the background sounds (like the sea), dominated the sound track. I am relying on subtitles more and more these days ! :(
