just watched the vids - really interesting - if you're interested in foraging.
i'm not into eating ants but the pineapple weed dish and the bladderwrack is something i may have a go at. i shall look and see if the recipe is translated.

the recipes are here - if your finish is up to it - or you want to sit with google translate for a while. http://www.kemikaalicocktail.fi/category/reseptit/

I've eaten bladderwrack on the beach and found it very tasty ... I'd like to incorporate it into a dish so will be having a look.

the bladderwrack in the video was turned into an infused oil then into a vegan mayonnaise thickened with tofu.
the subtitle option for the films was very useful!

That's a little disappointing for me ... I loved the texture of it ... I rather like the idea of eating it in a salad as here "... raw in a “salad” using vinegar, Ginger, sesame, a little sweetener, and soy sauce..." http://www.eattheweeds.com/bladderwrack/

I've eaten it raw too Suffs and enjoyed it. I like seaweed. In the summer, on the Antrim coast in Ireland, you can buy bags of fresh dulse quite easily and very tasty it is too.

We're putting up websites for the project and doing the recipes in english as well!

According to some literature I've read, bladder wrack should be blanched before eating. It makes a nice side with a touch of salt and splash of vinegar! It sucks in the flavors pretty well, so cooking it in a butter monte or an asian style stock is not a bad idea. Dried powder makes a base for miso style soup or gives a weird blueish color if you do your own noodle dough. :D
