Todays's Lunch - a Skinny Caprese Salad

Bowl of shreded lettuce, cucumber, and capsicums, averge 15 cal per 100g: 250g, 38 cal
Glug of NuMe French dressing: 12
Tomato, ripe, sliced : 160 g 30 cal
Balsamic Vinagar, i good glug 15 cal
Low fat mozzarella (Lidl Linessa, half a ball): 103 cal
Fresh basil: negligible

Total: 197 cal
