Out of the main bustle of the Coffee shop this is where people gather to share recipes and tips/tricks.

I love the way this guy cooks, have not found anything I would not try. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyl ... l-fritters

I have gram flour so they are first on my list. :chops: :chef:

I agree Zosh. He does seem to get a little stick in the comments section so I’ve given up reading them. I rarely come across anything of his that doesn’t appeal. I think his passion for good food comes across well and it is always geared towards achievable cooking rather than high end cheffy stuff

I generally like him on TV and many of his recipes, though neither of those appeals at all
Must visit his retaurants - the Islington one had a no booking policy and queues out of the door so we gave up on it, but it is better now

Like Kacey I have his books apart from the desserts one... but I admit I have not actually made many of his recipes. I don't like making fritters, but I'd like someone to make his for me :D (Fat chance!)

I’ve got all the books, love the recipes.

We always go to the Spitalfields branch when we visit London. You can book online, we normally have lunch as it is much better value.

Those recipes look absolutely wonderful, and since I firmly believe there's nothing better than something fried, I'll just have to give them a go!

I do love watching him on TV. Very relaxed, informative, interesting. He always makes my belly rumble with his food. I have yet to buy any of his books or cooked any of his recipes but this will be corrected one day.
